Flier Could Cause Confusion in Virginia

Shana Kluck's picture

Though no one knows the original source of this flier making the rounds in Virginia, chances are at least one Democrat will take it at face value and be very disappointed when they show up on November 5th, one day late to cast their vote.  Dirty tricks abound on both sides of the aisle, but this one is pretty shameful.

Text: For Immediate Release- due to the larger thatn expected voter turnout in this years electoral process. An emergency session of the General Assembly has adopted the following emergency regulations to ease the load on local electorial precincts and ensure a fair electorial process. All Republican party supporters and independent voters supporting Republican candidates shall vote on November 4th as prescribed by law. All Democrat party supporters and independent voters supporting Democratic candidates shall vote on November 5th as adopted by emergency regulation of the Virginia General Assembly.  We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but felt this was the only way to ensure fairness to the complete electorial process.
